Nuisance & invasive telemarketing solicitation calls

Trustage  is the marketing name for TruStage Financial Group, Inc - they also fly under Trustage Insurance Agency LLC.  - I will be adding their President Terrance Williams to my TCPA lawsuit.  They use a pre-recorded artificial intelligence avatar named Charlotte to  make the calls, using an ATDS, after transferred to a live agent, who provides a false name of the entity and after qualifying medical questions, call is again transferred to another foreign speaking agent with an American surname, Sam Jones, Alex Smith, Cody Parker.  These non-insurance licensed final expense telemarketers are obtaining personal and medical information and of course being overseas - sell your information to other lead generators.    Looking forward to getting some of these TruStage principals deposed in upcoming federal action.  Got another call today - 2-10-25 - they just don't learn.

Triple A as I will address this entity and  their telemarketers  - do not have an iota of a clue  what the FCC's Do Not Call Registry means.  Triple A's telemarketers do not understand what "stop calling me" means, nor, "put me on your internal do not call list"  means.  I will upload the telemarketers call soon - that way the telemarketing script is out there.  TCPA action filed against American Automotive Alliance and Ronnie McGraw.  These companies have to learn one way or another what the DNCR means as to consumers that don't want to receive a pestilence of telemarketing calls.  Strangely, these damm calls STOPPED upon sending a Demand Notice to Triple A - also, one of  Triple A's emails to me shows the trademark brand of the real Triple A - American Automobile Association (AAA) - maybe there is a connection between these two - - sent emails to counsel for the real AAA and they never responded on 2 different instances.

This entity owned and operated by Saint Val Frantz in Fort Lauderdale, Florida telemarketers and/or lead generators, in their infinite wisdom  decided to keep calling my DNCR phone number soliciting their market place insurance subsidy product - it does not matter that DNC requests are made - and being on the national and state's DNCR.  Over 50 illegal phone calls - the artificial message  starts off with: 

 “Hello – I am reaching out because the State of Texas has recently announced a subsidy program for its residents so for that can you please confirm with a yes or no if you are under the age of 65 --- that’s perfect you qualify for the benefits  – let me transfer you forward."  

The telemarketers and or lead generators for Gerber Life Insurance  have initiated a tsunami of pre-recorded final expense calls soliciting their products to my DNCR phone number - telling these idiots to stop calling is of no use.  The script follows:

"Hello ,,Good evening .. my name is Hanna I am calling from the Senior Resource Center about the benefit card we mailed you on the new state regulated plan that helps with outstanding medical bills in the Texas final expense plan for all Texas residents. Have you received it … no worries… I am here to share the new state approved final expense cash borrow plan that’s lets you access up to 90%  of the  cash value to help reduce financial strain … they are made for people on fixed or social security income and most individuals on social security or disability qualify… your age affects your benefits .. so how old are you right now… perfect your qualified for the plan. Just hold on for second ..here we go.”

I bought the policy to discover who the hell was blowing up my phone - In the process of creating a youtube channel and uploading the content - the cussing of these telemarketers of utilizing rape on my daughter is unbelievable and such  needs to be heard by the public.  stay tuned!
